The 7-Day Window
Once your order is marked Delivered, you have 7 days to request a return, provided the item is unused and still in its original packaging. You can start a request right from your Order History.
How Refunds Are Processed
Every return request is reviewed by our team before approval. Once approved, refunds for digital payments are returned to your original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet payout instead.
You can track the status of your return the same way you track a delivery — right from your account.
